I guess everyone feels anxiety on different levels. I don't think my fears or anxieties have ever paralyzed me from acting on whatever it is I should be performing at the time. So I don't think that my anxious moments can be considered panic attacks. At least, that is how I understand panic attacks are diagnosed, right? Nevertheless, I have know two females who have suffered from panic attacks. One was bipolar and was on medication like Zanex. The other, I am not sure about.

These can be very serious for people to the point of being debilitating. I have some people in my family that suffer from these and I always try to help them overcome it but they always fall back into the same old fear over and over. I was reading through this information and from what I was able to find I think it could really help people. You did a great job with this.

I have heard of people having panic attacks before but I always thought they were making it up until I actually witnessed one. These can be very serious for people to the point of being debilitating. People have been know to lock themselves in their homes and not come out if they let these things go un-treated and I really think this program can help with that.
